Introduction
This project was designed to construct and evaluate an active radar system mounted on a drone. The system's purpose is to detect and trilaterate any interference on cellular bands caused by external sources, any rogue unlicensed bands/frequencies, or to ensure that commercial cellular operators are adhering to the specified bands
Project Requirements
- An active radar system with detection and trilateration capabilities.
- The use of a single drone (as opposed to multiple drones/points) to pinpoint the source of interference.
- Real-time detection within minutes, considering the limited endurance of drone batteries.
- Real-time visualization of results, complete with necessary metrics.
